 You do not need a doctor’s referral to make an appointment or to receive treatment. However, your extended (private) medical plan may require that you have a referral. Referrals are required for ICBC and WBC claims.
Payment Methods – we accept visa, master card, debit/interac and cash.
For first time patients to Sun City Physiotherapy, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early prior to your appointment to register in our system and complete any paper work.
Sun City Physiotherapy is a scent free zone and we ask that staff and patients refrain from using heavy scents (perfume and cologne) on treatment days.
Cancellations. Due to Sun City Physiotherapy’s overwhelming demand, many clients await appointments through cancellations. For this reason, 24 hour notice is required. Clients who not give 24 hour cancellation notice will be charge a cancellation fee.
