Darrell Skinner
M.Sc.PT, B.Sc.PT, CMedAc, CAFCI Darrell graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy in 1983, and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2005. Darrell has a Certificate in Medical Acupuncture from the University of Alberta and is a member of the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and several Health Research Networks. His broad clinical experience includes orthopedics, pain management, acupuncture, and ergonomic assessments.
Darrell has published his research in the area of tendinitis and has presented at several local, national, and international conferences. He is also an instructor in the Therapist Assistant program at Okanagan College and practices clinically at Sun City Physiotherapy's Glenmore clinic.
Darrell enjoys all outdoor activities including backpacking, skiing, kayaking and sailing, and recently completed hiking the East Coast Trail in Newfoundland.
