Shelby grew up on the Sunshine Coast where she spent most of her free time dancing in a pre-professional program. She moved to Vancouver to complete her Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC. During her time there, she was the head athletic trainer for the UBC Men’s Volleyball Team and UBC Women’s Basketball Team. In addition, Shelby trained men’s rugby, lacrosse, and provincial soccer teams.

Cassie is an RMT who took her training in Vernon through Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Before working with Sun City Physiotherapy, she gained experience working as a Locum Massage Therapist, moving around BC and working with a wide variety of clientele from geriatrics to athletes. She worked alongside many different physiotherapists, yoga teachers, and acupuncturists, absorbing and sharing knowledge in the process.
